Breitbart TV has uncovered then Senator Obama claiming while discussing that the Military Commissions Act of 2006 that 9-11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed will get a MILITARY trial, not a CIVIL trial and that such was good for the national security of the country. "Justice will be carried out in his case." Fast forward to present...this murderer and his pack of America hating terrorists are going to be allowed a civil trial and all the legal rights that come with it. This is an outrage, a travesty and a slap to all those Americans and their families who paid the ultimate price on 9/11. This gives victory to the "Death To America" crowd and is the ultimate betrayal by the Obama Administration.
